Abstract

The present invention discloses a method and system for measuring the opening of a hydraulic radial gate with multi-sensor compensation fusion, relating to the field of gate opening measurement, comprising: measuring the physical data of the hydraulic cylinder and the opening of the radial gate using multiple sensors, and collecting measurement data; preprocessing the measurement data, and performing weighted fusion on the preprocessed data using an updated Kalman filtering algorithm; performing multiple measurements at different opening positions of the gate, establishing an initial calibration model through a machine learning algorithm, and obtaining a mapping relationship between the opening of the radial gate and the measurement values of each sensor to correct measurement deviations.
