The present invention discloses an industrial television-assisted tracking inspection method, system, device, and medium capable of cooperating with an upper computer, comprising: collecting operating data of power equipment, determining the generation status of an alarm signal based on the operating data of the power equipment and the standard value of preset power equipment; classifying the alarm signals based on the type and operating status of the power equipment and setting the corresponding alarm level, retrieving real-time monitoring images based on the alarm signal level; and determining the fault location and fault nature of the power station according to the real-time monitoring images.
