Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of agricultural resource utilization and novel fertilizer technologies, and discloses a pig manure fermented water-retaining and carbon- enhancing organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer is composed of basic raw materials and functional auxiliary materials, and the specific raw materials and parts by mass are as follows: 145–150 parts of pig manure; 55–60 parts of wheat straw; 4.38–5.22 parts of bentonite; 4.38– 4.92 parts of biochar; and 6.5–7.3 parts of Bacillus subtilis. By constructing a pig manure–wheat straw system, the carbon–nitrogen ratio and moisture content of the initial mixture are precisely regulated, thereby fundamentally overcoming the problems of high carbon, low nitrogen, and rigid nutrient ratios in conventional organic fertilizers. By introducing a ternary synergistic system of biochar, bentonite, and Bacillus subtilis, in combination with an intermittent aeration and constant-temperature sealed fermentation process, beneficial effects integrating carbon sequestration and water retention, nitrogen control and quality improvement, as well as pollution reduction and emission mitigation are achieved. By isolating Bacillus subtilis from a specific composting environment and preparing a standardized, highly active Bacillus subtilis solution as a core functional microorganism, efficient humification and functional enhancement of organic materials are realized.
