SINGLE-LAYER FABRIC THAT IS RESISTANT TO ABRASION AND CUT

Abstract

The invention relates to a single-layer fabric resistant to impact, abrasion, and cuts, consisting of three distinct layers: an outer layer, an intermediate bonding layer, and an inner layer. The three layers, woven and bonded together in a single structure, form a single fabric from two-component technical yarns. In this fabric, the yarns of the outer and inner layers are warp yarns, and the yarns of the intermediate layer are weft yarns. The yarns of the intermediate layer have bonding points at which the yarns of the outer layer are laid and offset from the bonding points of the intermediate layer to the bonding points of the inner layer. The yarns of the outer and inner layers are kept separate from each other.
