Bone marrow infiltrating lymphocytes (BML) as a source of T lymphocytes for chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) therapy

Abstract

In some embodiments, bone marrow-infiltrating lymphocytes ("mil") comprising a chimeric antigen receptor ("car") are provided. In some aspects, the embodiments relate to a process for manufacturing recombinant mil, including obtaining bone marrow comprising mils; and transfecting, transforming, or transducing the mil with a nucleic acid encoding a chimeric antigen receptor. In some aspects, the embodiments relate to a method for treating a condition in a subject, including administering to the subject mil comprising a car.
