Abstract

The present invention relates to antisense oligonucleotide sequences targeting IL-34 and methods for treating inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease and / or fibrosis, associated with high IL-34 activity or expression. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing an IL-34 antisense oligonucleotide useful for treating inflammatory diseases and / or fibrosis, and to the manufacture of drugs containing the described IL-34 antisense oligonucleotide for use in the treatment of inflammatory diseases and / or fibrosis.
