Abstract
The invention relates to drug delivery devices and systems for administering medication into the upper urinary tract of patients who require it. The drug delivery devices (100) can be deployed directly into the renal pelvis via the ureter, bladder, and urethra of a patient, and the drug delivery devices can be fully retained there for continuous, controlled, local release of a drug over a prolonged period.
