Abstract
The invention relates to an insulating honeycomb building block made from concrete or any other suitable material, comprising external walls, at least one cavity, and internal walls separating these cavities. The cavities are filled with insulating materials such as expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, glass wool, rock wool, agglomerated cork, hemp wool, or any other insulating plant wool. The cavities pass completely through the block without solid walls closing them on the other side, which reduces the weight of the block by 20 to 30% while maintaining structural stability. The invention also includes an automatic filling system for the insulating material in the cavities of the blocks, as well as a manufacturing process that allows for the simultaneous insertion of the insulating material and the pouring of concrete, ensuring optimized thermal and structural performance.
