Abstract
The invention relates to the wine industry, namely to a process for producing sparkling wine.The process, according to the invention, provides for the use of raw material wines from the Meleag and Telti Curuc grape varieties in a ratio of (50-80):(50-20)%, respectively, and of the expedition liqueur prepared on the basis of raw material wine from the Telti Curuc grape variety.
