Abstract
The invention relates to metalworking by deformation, namely to technologies and equipment for the manufacture of rotating parts by cold extrusion.The die consists of a die body with a toothed crown surface (1), a tool holder head (2), and a lock (3). Conical tightening is achieved using 12 screws (8) with an M6 hexagonal socket, a hole (5) and a lock (3) mandrel, which improves the shape of the material in the dead zone, having its primary function to release the product held by the residual and frictional forces of the die head at the end of the extrusion operation. The punch structure consists of an extractor-stopper (6), a punch (4), and a hole mandrel (5). The workpiece to be pressed (0) is positioned between the tool holder head (2), the toothed crown (1), and the punch (4).
