Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] Set of elements for the installation of photovoltaic panels by manual positioning of flag-type staples.
[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The following invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a set of elements designed to interact with each other, in order to facilitate the installation of a photovoltaic panel on another previously existing structure quickly and safely.
[0005] The field of application of the present invention is within the industry specialized in the manufacture of profiles, specifically to facilitate the execution of photovoltaic, solar thermal or similar installations.
[0006] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0007] Various types of structures are currently widely used to support and concentrate solar panels to capture solar radiation for subsequent use in various fields, as this type of clean energy is becoming increasingly widespread.
[0008] As is well known, solar panels must be mounted at a specific angle, varying depending on the latitude of the installation site, in order to maximize solar radiation.
[0009] Advancing the existing state of the art, the following invention has been identified by its publication number and title respectively ES2350554B1, “Structure for solar panels and assembly procedure”.
[0010] To fix these plates, longitudinal profiles are used on which the panels rest, usually made of aluminum or galvanized steel,
[0011] 1
[0012] SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) have a vertical plane of symmetry, according to a lateral groove on each of its faces so that they can be used to contain a claw or angular piece that, using hammer-head threaded screws, can be used as an intermediate element for fixing to a roof or structure, to which is added another longitudinal groove on its upper surface designed to contain a clip that is tightened with a screw from above once it contains the edge of the photovoltaic panel inside against a hammer-head shaped nut that has been positioned inside the groove without the possibility of rotation although with free longitudinal movement. Even these clips provided with wings on which the panel is immobilized against the profiles come in different shapes depending on whether they fasten a corner panel or two consecutive panels.
[0013] However, the use of this type of accessory to fix the panel to roofs, rooftops, or structures in a widespread area of photovoltaic installations where the priority is to do so at the lowest cost requires qualification on the part of the installer and, in any case, does not allow for simple and rapid installation.
[0014] That is to say, by using the tying claws of the longitudinal profile and the clamps for securing the photovoltaic panel to the profile, present in the state of the art, a very high number of different parts are required that have to fit together, without manual movements of natural positioning and locking, but rather adjustments and searches for linearity successively until the completion of the installation.
[0015] However, the "Set of elements for the installation of photovoltaic panels by manual positioning of banderilla-type staples" provides, with respect to the state of the art in the matter, the advantages of greater simplicity and speed in the assembly process, reducing execution times, labor requirements, the risk of poor execution and increasing the structural strength of the connection between the photovoltaic panel and the structure.
[0016] EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
[0017] 2
[0018] SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) By way of explanation of the invention, the “Set of elements for the installation of photovoltaic panels by manual positioning of flag-type staples” is based on the combination of the following elements:
[0019] A. Longitudinal profile on which the photovoltaic panel rests, configured according to a vertical plane of symmetry, with chamfered lower corners, as well as two vertical grooves designed for fixing by means of a retaining piece to a structure, plus a groove on its upper face provided with two widths that facilitates the retention of a clip with a harpoon-shaped end.
[0020] B. Claw for fixing the anterior longitudinal profile to the structure that supports it according to two angular pieces at 90 degrees in dimensions adapted so that one of them, fixed, fits on one end and the lower part of the anterior profile, while the second upper piece provided with rotational movement with respect to the fixed one, fits on the opposite end of the longitudinal profile and the fixed piece itself in its extension by the lower part, by manually rotating it around the longitudinal axis located at the outer end of the fixed piece, until it closes in a harpoon against it.
[0021] C. Banderilla type staple according to two superimposed pieces for fixing the photovoltaic panel to the previous longitudinal profile using a central screw for this purpose, where the lower fixed piece has been designed in size and shape with a harpoon ending to guarantee a manual locking position within the previous longitudinal profile, while the upper mobile piece for fastening the panel by means of a hat crown, contains an element compressed against the tightening of the screw whose lower end favors the adjustment of the harpoon ending of the lower fixed piece against the walls of the longitudinal profile that retains it.
