Abstract

A rainwater harvesting, filtration, and disinfection system using single-use polymer bottles, which consists of: a rainwater harvesting system connected to a chemical treatment system monitored and controlled by a control and monitoring system. The rainwater harvesting system comprises an initial collection and filtration subsystem, a vertical piping subsystem, a support subsystem, and a filtration subsystem. The chemical treatment system consists of a storage and pumping subsystem and a chemical treatment subsystem. The control and monitoring system includes a control subsystem and a monitoring subsystem.
