Abstract

The invention relates to the design of an automatic capsule or tablet counting machine that immediately fills bottles with the capsules or tablets. This machine, after the operator selects the type and number of capsules and bottles to be packaged, performs the filling process, counting the tablets within the machine itself, and then emptying them into each bottle until the batch is completed with the specified quantities. The machine has a hopper for holding bulk capsules, which provides autonomy and allows for easy refilling. To be counted, the capsules fall at a controlled flow rate into a device that separates and aligns them before they pass through a plate with counting holes. The pyramidal shape of the hopper facilitates and speeds up the bottle filling process, reducing production time and preventing capsules from falling outside the bottles.
