Abstract

A process for manufacturing functional organic compact solid cylinders from organic matter with 80% moisture or less, for use in livestock feed, is characterized in that it comprises the following process steps: (1) Conditioning of the organic raw material; (2) drying; (3) abrasive grinding; (4) cooking, scalding; (5) molding and pressing; (6) cooling and (7) finished product of organic matter compounds which may be corn fiber, a result of the starch extraction industry processes (pericarp) and corn alcohol (DDG), sugarcane bagasse fibers, water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) fibers;residues from barley and malting processes (dust, pollen, rootlets, bagasse, among others), plants such as alfalfa, fresh stubble (corn plant), fresh crop residues (fresh or wet wheat and sorghum plant), vegetable waste such as lettuce, red and green tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, fibers from echen and agave plants.;
