LONG LIFE TURBINE OIL WITH ZERO DEPOSITS-VARNISH

Abstract

The present invention relates to turbine oil, comprising a mixture of paraffinic oils, an antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor package, an ashless dispersant of polyisobutylene bisuccinimide, a pour point depressant of polymethyl methacrylate, and an organo-modified siloxane antifoam, and a method for manufacturing a turbine oil, comprising: - placing a mixture of paraffinic oils in a beaker; - heating the mixture of paraffinic oils to a temperature of approximately 50 °C, with moderate stirring, without forming vortices that introduce air into the oil, to achieve homogeneity; - without interrupting stirring or heating, adding the antioxidant additive to the hot paraffinic oil mixture; - without interrupting stirring or heating, adding the dispersant additive to the paraffinic oil mixture; and - continuing stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
