Abstract
The present invention relates to a surgical assistance device with blood suction and tissue clamping mechanisms, which has a circular structure with an annular morphology; the structure has two extendable sections that allow its diameter to be increased or decreased. On the internal surface of the structure, equidistantly distributed, rectangular prismatic projections without a front face and hollow; these projections house a clamping forceps, which are adjustable in depth.The device that is the subject of the present invention has a connecting duct located on the surface of the outer face of the structure and running through the interior of the structure and is connected to an external suction system; two suction ducts are placed on the surface of the inner face of the structure, and are inserted into the structure to connect with the connecting duct; this configuration allows the extraction of blood accumulated in the area where the surgical assistance device is placed with blood suction and clamping mechanisms.
