Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for assisting and resisting push-ups, configured to allow users of varying strength levels to perform push-ups using mechanisms for changing foot height and adjusting hand positioning, as well as modifying the level of difficulty. The assistance mechanisms consist of a plate, and the resistance mechanisms consist of linear motors and actuators, controlled by a control module that allows the selection of assistance or resistance, as well as the difficulty level for each.
