Abstract

The present invention relates to a holding device for a te bag consisting of an annular structure preferably made of food-grade elastomer or rigid polymer with a perimeter clamp configured to exert a constant radial pressure on the upper edge of a cylindrical or conical container that constitutes the physical support of the device, oriented to improve the control and stability of the infusion set during hot water spillage and the infusion process. The geometrical configuration of the te bag holding device is designed to receive and secure an infusion set, which integrates a te pouch, a cord and a grip label. The retaining mechanism allowing passage of the cord from the infusor to the outside of the container, maintaining the gripping label positioned on the outer face of the clamping band. The suspension system stabilizing the te bag at a controlled depth within the thermal vessel, preventing its downward displacement or accidental release to the bottom of the container during the solute diffusion process.
