Abstract
The present invention lies in the field of certification and authentication of legally valid digital documents. The technical problem to be solved is document forgery, the lack of verifiable traceability, the absence of integrated audiovisual evidence, and the dependence on centralized platforms. The proposed solution consists of a modular system and method (LexQR) that integrates validated biometric identity (LexID), cryptographic hash (LexHash), timestamping (LexTime), synchronized audiovisual capture (LexVideo), encrypted metadata packaging (LexBundle), and automatic calculation of objective technical and legal authenticity indices (LexRate and LexValue). The results are encoded in two-dimensional encrypted identifiers or functional equivalents, verifiable independently without an internet connection. The combination of biometrics, synchronized audiovisual evidence, distributed traceability, and offline verification gives the invention an inventive character and industrial application in legal, administrative, and technological sectors. The invention is illustrated in Figures 1 to 27.
