Abstract

An assembly (5) is described comprising: - an elongated element (10) with a fixed end (12) and a free end (11) opposite the fixed end (12); and - a retaining element (20) with a through hole (22), the fixed end (12) extending through the through hole (22), wherein the retaining element (20) is mounted on the fixed end, characterized in that the through hole (22) of the retaining element (20) has a flared portion (24) opening onto an end surface (26) of the retaining element (20), the end surface being oriented towards the free end (11) of the elongated element (10), and the flared portion (24) is defined, at least in part, by a peripheral wall (25), the assembly (5) further comprising an extension element (30) sleeved over the elongated element (10) between the fixed end (12) and the free end (11).
