SPRING SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING A ROOF ACCESSORY

Abstract

This disclosure provides a spring system for detachably attaching a ceiling lighting fixture to a frame; the spring system includes a central clamp member attached to the lighting fixture, having an upper and a lower portion; a first looped wing member and a second looped wing member are hinged to the central clamp member, each extending away from each other and from the central clamp member; wherein the wing members have a first unskewed position to a second skewed position; wherein the second skewed position is represented as an extension of the wings away from each other and further from the central clamp member; movement of the lighting fixture relative to the frame causes the wing members to hinge from the first unskewed position to the second skewed position.
