Abstract

A cable capable of transmitting large amounts of data while withstanding high temperatures without the need for PFAS. The cable includes conductors coated with insulation. This insulation may consist of a PFAS-free fluoropolymer or materials such as polymethylpentene or crosslinked polyalkene. The insulation may be encapsulated by a bed layer, a shielding layer, a braided layer, and a jacket. The insulation is designed to withstand temperatures of at least 125°C to ensure high data throughput even under demanding conditions.
