Abstract

In general terms, one or more aspects of the present description relate to systems, methods, and devices for trimming and peeling electrode films; the system may be integrated into a calendering roll system and may create multi-line films with clean-edge quality for lamination; the system may include a trimming device comprising a cutting device, and a material removal device located downstream of the cutting device; the material removal device includes a scraper element, a support element located upstream of the scraper element, and a vacuum element.
