Abstract

A wear-resistant knuckle includes a base cap having a bending portion, a spherical pin pivotally disposed in the base cap, and a sealing ring, an elastic ring, and a positioning ring, respectively, housed in the base cap. The hardness of the positioning ring is greater than the hardness of the elastic ring. wherein the positioning ring mainly includes an engagement surface in contact with the elastic ring and at least one engagement portion protruding from the engagement surface to provide a plurality of toothed units. This engaging portion is integrated into the elastic ring to engage and fix the positioning ring in position, thereby preventing its displacement of the positioning ring, preventing the problem of abrasion occurring between the positioning ring and the base cap, and extending the useful life and durability of the knuckle.
