UNIVERSAL FLUID INJECTION SYSTEM

Abstract

A fluid injection system dispenses a solution into a fluid flow within a flow line. The system includes a storage tank containing the product to be dispensed. It also includes a connector for connection to the fluid flow line. This connector has an outlet port to divert fluid from the flow line to the tank, an inlet port to return a fluid and / or product mixture to the flow line, and a reducer between the inlet and outlet ports. The system also includes an inlet dip tube and an outlet dip tube located within the tank, and a mixing chamber connected between the inlet and outlet dip tubes.The mixing chamber is configured to mix the fluid with the product to create a fluid / product mixture, in which the fluid / product mixture is injected back into the fluid flow line through the inlet orifice.
