Abstract

The present invention discloses a connector housing and a connector. The connector housing comprises: a housing body (10) that is formed with multiple terminal holes (101) for respectively inserting multiple terminals (2); and a clasp (11) connected to the housing body (10) and adapted to move between a locking position for locking the multiple terminals (2) and an unlocking position for separating from the multiple terminals (2). In the housing body (10), multiple insertion holes (103) are formed, respectively communicating with the plurality of terminal holes (101); the clasp (11) has multiple insertion tabs (113), which are suitable for respectively inserting into the multiple terminal holes (101) through the multiple insertion holes (103); when the clasp (11) is in the locking position, a pair of spring arms (22) of the terminal (2) inserted into the terminal hole (101) are adapted to move outwardly under expansion of the tongue (113) inserted therebetween, to ensure reliable electrical contact between the spring arms (22) of the adjacent terminals (2). In the present invention, lateral spacing between the outer sides of a pair of spring arms of the terminal can be reduced. During the process of inserting the terminal into the terminal hole, there is no interference between the pair of spring arms of the terminal and the terminal hole, reducing the insertion and removal force and allowing multiple terminals to be inserted randomly, making the terminal installation very easy.
