Abstract
Immersion system (100) for data centers comprising a dielectric fluid (20) with encapsulated PCM with a melting point of 55-65°C and Fe3O4 particles <50nm, graded porosity heat sinks from 100µm to 10µm (40), and external inductors (70) that generate magnetorheological waves at a frequency of 50-200 Hz to move the fluid without the need for mechanical pumps.
