Abstract

The invention provides methods and systems for improved and / or accelerated maturation, ageing and processing of distilled or partially distilled spirits, as well as for conditioning barrels for subsequent maturation and / or aging and / or processing of spirits, that enable to achieve high-grade spirit products by using an electrically heated apparatus with one or more apertures at distant ends of the housing.
