Abstract
This description provides a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes: a distributor having a distributor bore passing through a tube wall of the distributor; a distribution tube located in the distributor and having a distribution tube bore passing through a tube wall of the distribution tube; and a connecting tube assembly including a first connecting tube. The first connecting tube, which is inserted into the distributor bore, has one end connected to the distribution tube at the distribution tube bore and is in fluid communication with the distribution tube. This allows for a reduction in the space occupied by the connecting tube assembly in the distributor.
