Abstract
Claims
1. A service activation management method, comprising: acquiring service activation information of a target vehicle and generating cloud activation information and vehicle activation information according to the service activation information; activating a cloud support service of a vehicle service based on the cloud activation information; and generating an activation instruction for activating the vehicle service on the target vehicle based on the in-vehicle activation information when the supporting service part is successfully activated, so as to manage the service activation of the target vehicle.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein activating a cloud support service of a vehicle service based on the cloud activation information comprises at least one of: determining a vehicle service update package, and installing the service update package to allow the target vehicle to activate the vehicle service; and controlling a service interface of the vehicle service to be enabled.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a vehicle service activation instruction for activating vehicle service on the target vehicle based on the vehicle activation information comprises: acquiring a start state of the target vehicle; and if the vehicle start state includes starting, triggering the generation of a vehicle service activation instruction according to the vehicle activation information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after generating a vehicle service activation instruction for activating the vehicle service in the target vehicle based on the vehicle activation information, the method further comprises: acquiring a service usage request from the target vehicle for the vehicle service and determining usage parameters of the vehicle service; if the usage parameters satisfy a preset usage condition, starting the vehicle service; and if the usage parameters do not satisfy the preset usage condition, instructing a user to renew the service subscription, and determining a next service activation action based on a service subscription renewal result, the service subscription renewal result including renewed or not renewed.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining a next service activation action based on a service subscription renewal result comprises: if the service subscription renewal result includes renewed, generating new service activation information to activate the vehicle service again; and if the service subscription renewal result includes not renewed, generating a deactivation message to disable the vehicle service.
6. A service activation management method, comprising: acquiring a service subscription request for vehicle service, the service subscription request comprising a customer information request and a vehicle information request; and if the requested customer information satisfies a pre-set customer condition and the requested vehicle information satisfies a pre-set vehicle condition, providing prompts and guidance for generating a service request order comprising service activation information.
7. A service activation management method, comprising: acquiring a vehicle service activation instruction comprising vehicle service identification information and determining a historical activation state of a vehicle service of a target vehicle according to the vehicle service identification information; and if the historical activation state includes deactivated, sending the vehicle service activation instruction to the target vehicle to allow the target vehicle to activate the vehicle service on the target vehicle according to the vehicle service activation instruction.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein activating the vehicle service on the target vehicle according to the vehicle service activation instruction comprises at least one of the following actions: acquiring a vehicle service update package and controlling the service update package to be installed on the target vehicle so as to activate the vehicle service; and controlling a vehicle service interface to be operational.
9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein after activating the vehicle service in the target vehicle according to the vehicle service activation instruction, the method further comprises at least one of the following actions: acquiring and sending a vehicle service activation result, the vehicle activation result including activation completed or activation failed; if the vehicle service is to be used, sending a function usage request and acquiring a vehicle function activation state, and if the vehicle function activation state includes activated, executing the vehicle service; and acquiring vehicle service usage parameters and storing the usage parameters in a preset data storage space.
10. A cloud service subscription and activation apparatus, comprising: a service activation information acquisition module configured to acquire service activation information of a target vehicle and generate cloud activation information and vehicle activation information according to the service activation information; a cloud activation module configured to activate a cloud support service of a vehicle service based on the cloud activation information; and a vehicle service activation instruction generation module configured to generate a vehicle service activation instruction for activating the vehicle service on the target vehicle based on the vehicle activation information when the cloud support service is successfully activated, so as to manage the service activation of the target vehicle.
11. A digital product requesting apparatus for a smart connected vehicle, the apparatus comprising: a service subscription request acquiring module configured to acquire a service subscription request for vehicle service, the service subscription request comprising the customer information request and the vehicle information request; and a service request order generating module configured to, if the requested customer information satisfies a preset condition of the customer and the requested vehicle information satisfies a preset condition of the vehicle, provide prompts and guidance for generating a service request order comprising service activation information.
12. A vehicle activation apparatus, comprising an activation history state determination module configured to acquire a vehicle service activation instruction comprising vehicle service identification information and determine a historical activation state of a vehicle service of a target vehicle according to the vehicle service identification information; and a vehicle activation module configured to, if the activation history state includes deactivated, send the vehicle service activation instruction to the target vehicle to allow the target vehicle to activate the vehicle service on the target vehicle according to the vehicle service activation instruction.
13. A service activation management system comprising at least one of: the cloud service subscription and activation apparatus according to claim 10, the digital product ordering apparatus for a connected smart vehicle according to claim 11, and the vehicle activation apparatus according to claim 12.
14. The system according to claim 13, wherein if the system comprises the service activation management apparatus according to claims 10-12, the system further comprises: an activation state acquisition module configured to acquire a cloud activation state from the cloud activation module according to claim 10, a service request order state from the service request order generation module according to claim 11 and a vehicle activation state from the vehicle activation module according to claim 12; and an audit module configured to, if the cloud activation state, the service request order state and the vehicle activation state are inconsistent, provide a request for checking or processing according to a preset processing rule.
15. The system according to claim 13, wherein the system further comprises at least one of a service storage module, a client, and a target vehicle, wherein: the service storage module is configured to record service information of a vehicle service, and configure the cloud activation module and the vehicle activation module so that the cloud activation module activates a cloud support service of the vehicle service according to the cloud activation information, and the vehicle activation module activates the vehicle service on the target vehicle according to a vehicle service activation instruction; the client is configured to perform at least one of the following: displaying information about vehicle service conditions and allowing a user to confirm a service request order, pay for an order, and view usage parameters;the target vehicle is configured to activate the vehicle service according to the vehicle service activation instruction.; 16. An electronic device, comprising: one or more processors; a memory for storing one or more programs that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the electronic device to implement the service activation management method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
17. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor of a computer, causes the computer to execute the service activation management method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
