UTILITY MODEL FOR A FISH WASTE GRINDING MACHINE BASED ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A MODIFIED VEHICLE BRAKE DISC

Abstract

The present invention relates to a device consisting of a grinding disc made from a vehicle brake disc.One of the faces of said vehicle disc was removed, exposing the geometries characterized by having ribs with orthogonal rectangular prism geometries, and are distributed equidistantly along the circumference of the disc, such that its longest side begins at the outer edge and ends at the inner edge of the disc called the grinder, the object of this claim; which is mounted on a shaft that transmits torque and which contains at its free end ribs with a triangular cross-section that have the function of clearing any blockage with the cutting section of the hopper; the cuts are made by crushing whatever is interposed between the ribs in the shape of orthogonal rectangular prisms, with a fixed opposite section, the cutting plate, which has the function of a blade.Therefore, this invention is an excellent alternative for manufacturing machines that have to grind fish waste and agri-food waste.
