Abstract

The aforementioned defects are largely eliminated by the backlit book of the presented invention, the essence of which is that it comprises at least two lightproof protective films with cutouts, to which light-permeable printing layers containing content graphics are affixed, between which a light-conducting fiber is disposed, or it comprises a frame with an internally shaped cutout and an opening formed on the side thereof, where a light-conducting fiber is disposed and fixed to the inside of the frame, wherein a rear side of a light-permeable printing layer containing content graphics is fixed to the front face of the frame. It is preferred that at least one lightproof protective film with cutouts be fixed between the frame and the light-permeable printing layer containing the content graphics.It is further preferred that at least one light-permeable print layer containing the content graphics be bonded to another light-permeable print layer containing the content graphics. It is further preferred that the light-conducting fiber be an LED light string or side-emitting optical fiber.
