A system and method for producing graphene and green hydrogen from biomethane

Abstract

The present invention provides a system (200) and method for producing graphene and green hydrogen from biomethane. The system comprises a dielectric tube (206), a microwave generator (208), a waveguide (210), a solar-assisted cracking nozzle (216), a reaction chamber (226), a water component (218), a filter candle (228), a solid hydrogen reactor (234), an online Gas Chromatography (232) equipped with detectors and a blowing gas (224). The solar assisted cracking nozzle (216) is equipped with a U- shaped flat tube (2176). The reaction chamber (226) comprises a circular cooling coil (2184) and cooling jacket (2182). The solid hydrogen reactor (234) enables reaction of hydrogen gas with magnesium and vanadium additives to produce and store solid hydrogen. The present invention further includes a method for producing graphene and green hydrogen from biomethane. The most illustrative drawing is Figure 1.0a.
