Abstract
Description
[0001] Statically optimized hybrid roller bearing
[0002] The invention relates to a bearing according to the preamble of claim 1 as well as a bearing arrangement with such a bearing and the use of such a bearing.
[0003] Bearings of this type are used for longitudinally sliding mounting, particularly lubricant-free mounting, of work devices on a rail. These bearings are based on a hybrid principle, in which the mounting is based on both rollers and sliding elements. Such a bearing comprises a housing in which a receiving channel is provided extending longitudinally through the housing. Furthermore, such a bearing comprises at least one roller and at least one sliding element. The roller is rotatably mounted in the housing with respect to a roller axis extending perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.When the bearing is used as intended, a guide section of a rail, designed in the manner of a cylinder, is received in the receiving channel and rests against a running surface of the roller, and the at least one sliding element encloses the guide section over an angular range of more than 200°, in particular more than 220°. When used as intended, a working device is arranged on the bearing such that the roller transfers the main load to the guide section and rolls along the guide section when the bearing is displaced relative to the guide section in the longitudinal direction, whereas the sliding element is provided offset in the longitudinal direction to the roller, so that in the event of a transverse load, iea load perpendicular to the main load direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, on the bearing relative to the guide section of the rail, the sliding element slides along the guide section when the bearing is longitudinally displaced relative to the guide section by this transverse load, pressed against the guide section.Bearings of this type are particularly suitable for work devices that are to be moved longitudinally by hand, for example in camera technology, machine tool doors or panels, since such bearings, thanks to the hybrid technology used, can carry large loads along a rail with very little friction and, on the other hand, when the work device and thus the bearing are moved manually, any transverse forces that occur are absorbed by the sliding element used, and thus the work device attached to the bearing can be moved along the rail without significant noise and without significant friction.
[0004] In bearings of this type, the roller and sliding element are arranged in the housing passage in such a way that they are coordinated with one another that when the bearing is loaded along the main load direction, i.e. when the load is perpendicular to the roller axis, the sliding element rests against the guide section with the smallest possible contact area. However, such a bearing is limited when loaded in the main load direction, firstly by the material of the housing and the roller and, if a separate roller axis is provided which is attached to the housing and on which the roller is rotatably mounted, by the material of the roller axis. If the load in the main load direction is too great, considerable wear and tear and, in particular, increased friction occur.Accordingly, such bearings are only intended for use up to a static load capacity specified by the manufacturer, based on a load in the main load direction, and a dynamic load capacity based on a load in the main load direction, whereby the dynamic load capacity is specified as a function of the intended total travel distance. When supporting work equipment in the longitudinal direction using such bearings, the load of which is so great that the static load capacity is exceeded, it is necessary to provide a large number of bearings arranged one behind the other along the longitudinal direction and thus connected in parallel with respect to the main load direction, thus jointly supporting the load applied by the work equipment.It has, however, proven problematic that such a large number of bearings requires complicated installation in order to prevent undesirable high friction between the guide section of the rail and the bearings or excessive wear on the bearings, particularly their rollers. This is because the bearings must be precisely aligned with one another with the longitudinal axes of their bushings, as each bearing uniquely determines the position of the guide section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, with the result that any deviation in the alignment of the longitudinal axes of the various bearings from one another leads to an over-determined positioning of the guide section by the bearing arrangement resulting from the bearings and is accompanied by corresponding friction losses or loads. The present invention is based on the object of providing a bearing and / or a bearing arrangement and / or a use of a bearing by means of which orwhich at least partially eliminates one disadvantage of this type of bearing.
[0005] As a solution to the problem underlying the present invention, the invention proposes a bearing with the features of claim 1. The bearing according to the invention is suitable for supporting a cylindrical guide section of a rail, the guide section extending with its cylinder axis in the longitudinal direction, in a displaceable manner in the longitudinal direction. The bearing is based on rollers and sliding elements, so that the support takes place on at least one roller and at least one sliding element. The bearing comprises a housing having a passage that runs through the housing along a longitudinal axis that extends in the longitudinal direction. A receiving channel for receiving the guide section of the rail is formed in the passage. When the bearing is used as intended, the guide section is arranged with its cylinder axis aligned along the longitudinal axis of the passage in the receiving channel.The receiving channel is at least partially closed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, in particular over an angular range of at least 200°, in particular at least 220°, in particular at least 240°, in particular at least 260°, preferably continuously closed. This enclosure preferably occurs over at least 50%, in particular at least 80% of the extension length of the feedthrough along its longitudinal axis. The receiving channel lies completely within the feedthrough. The receiving channel can, for example, be delimited in sections by the feedthrough itself in its extension perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, in some embodiments by elements of the bearing arranged in the feedthrough, i.e. at least extending into the feedthrough, for example by sliding elements and rollers arranged in the feedthrough.By the passage extending longitudinally through the housing, the cylindrical guide section of the rail can be arranged in the receiving channel arranged in the passage and with such an arrangement of such a guide section, the extension length of which in the longitudinal direction is at least five times, in particular at least ten times the extension length of the housing in the longitudinal direction, the bearing can be displaced longitudinally along the guide section while it is arranged in the receiving channel.
[0006] According to the proposed solution, the bearing has two rollers spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, each of which is rotatably mounted in the housing about a roller axis running perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and with its running surfaces delimiting the receiving channel in a transverse direction running perpendicular to its roller axis. Each roller is thus mounted in the housing in such a way that it can rotate about a roller axis assigned to it. This can be achieved, for example, by a bearing attached to the circumference of the respective roller and thus on a bearing on its running surface outside the receiving channel. Preferably, however, this is achieved via a roller axis that is firmly connected to the housing or integrated into the housing, which runs through the center of the roller and on which the roller is rotatably mounted so that its running surface encloses the roller axis circumferentially. Each roller extends with its running surface, i.e.with its radial end, at least partially into the passage, so that it delimits the receiving channel provided in the passage perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. When the bearing is used as intended, the cylindrical guide section lies in the receiving channel and thereby against the running surfaces of the rollers. Accordingly, each roller delimits the receiving channel in a transverse direction that runs perpendicular to its respective roller axis and to the longitudinal direction. Each roller is thus clearly assigned a transverse direction. Preferably, all rollers are assigned the same transverse direction so that the roller axes run parallel.In some embodiments, the bearing can also have more than two rollers, for example a first pair of rollers at a first position in the longitudinal direction and a second pair of rollers at a second position in the longitudinal direction, wherein the roller axes of the rollers of each pair are tilted relative to one another by an angle about the longitudinal direction, so that when used as intended they bear against two circumferential sections of the guide section that are offset from one another by a corresponding angle about the longitudinal axis. In such an embodiment, the roller axes of one roller of each pair are preferably aligned parallel to one another. The roller axes of the rollers of a pair preferably have an angle around the longitudinal axis of less than 120°, in particular less than 90°.Preferably, one roller or a pair of rollers is provided in the bearing at only two longitudinal positions, these longitudinal positions being spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction, as explained. The housing further has a mounting channel running through the housing in the longitudinal direction between the rollers or between the said positions of the rollers in the longitudinal direction, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction along a mounting axis. The mounting axis thus runs in a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The mounting channel is suitable for receiving a preferably cylindrical mounting bolt in such a way that the mounting bolt is arranged in the mounting channel, extends through the housing along the mounting axis and is rotatable in the receptacle about the mounting axis, but is fixed in its longitudinal position by the mounting channel.Of course, instead of a mounting bolt, a mounting bushing can also be arranged in the mounting channel, or a mounting bushing can be arranged in the mounting channel, in which a mounting bolt is arranged. The mounting bushing is accordingly received in the mounting channel, extends along the mounting axis through the housing, and is rotatably mounted about the mounting axis, but its position is fixed in the longitudinal direction by the mounting channel. Furthermore, a plurality of sliding elements are arranged in the bushing, spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction and offset longitudinally relative to the rollers, each of which delimits the receiving channel with one of its sides perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.By providing a plurality of sliding elements that are offset in the longitudinal direction relative to the rollers and that delimit the receiving channel, the guide section can come into contact with at least one of the sliding elements when the bearing is used as intended, if the guide section experiences a force perpendicular to the longitudinal direction relative to the bearing, which force has a force component perpendicular to the transverse directions of the rollers, so that even in such a case, a low-noise and low-friction, longitudinally displaceable mounting of the guide section in the receiving channel is ensured, since even then the housing only rests on the guide section via at least one roller and at least one sliding element, which is generally advantageous according to the invention. The bearing according to the invention brings with it a multitude of advantages.The combination of two rollers spaced apart in the longitudinal direction and several sliding elements spaced apart in the longitudinal direction and offset from the rollers ensures that the guide section always contacts the bearing with as little friction as possible, even when subjected to forces with a component perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and perpendicular to the transverse direction. This prevents excessive wear, thus achieving a long bearing service life. By providing two rollers spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, both rollers can absorb a load from a work device attached to the bearing in the main load direction.The main load direction is preferably parallel to the transverse directions of the two rollers spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction, or parallel to the angle bisector of the transverse directions of the rollers of a respective pair of rollers, provided that a pair of rollers is provided at each longitudinal position. This makes the bearing suitable for use with heavy loads, in particular with a static load capacity of more than 400 N, in particular more than 700 N, and with a dynamic load capacity of more than 400 N, in particular more than 700 N, for a total running distance of 10 km, wherein the load capacity is based on a load along the main load direction. In addition, since the mounting channel, in which a mounting bolt and / or a mounting bushing can be rotatably received, is provided in the longitudinal direction between the rollers, the bearing can be mounted using such a mounting bolt orSuch a mounting bushing can be attached to a component and, when a force acts between the guide section of the rail and the bearing, can be rotated around the bolt or the bushing with a force component perpendicular to the main load direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, while the guide section rests against at least one roller and at least one sliding element. Jamming of the guide section in the bearing can thus be prevented. This is particularly advantageous when using two bearings spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction, since these bearings can rotate relative to one another even if the longitudinal axes of their bushings are not completely aligned with one another by rotating around their respective mounting bolt or mounting bushing, so that jamming of the guide section relative to the bearings is prevented even with this type of use.The invention therefore particularly also relates to the use of two bearings spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction as a bearing arrangement via which a force in the main load direction of preferably at least 800 N, in particular at least 1000 N, in particular at least 1500 N can be carried in the intended manner in a sliding manner in the longitudinal direction on a rail. Generally speaking, the running surfaces of the two rollers spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction each bear against the same straight line which runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bushing and delimits the receiving channel in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The sliding elements preferably extend with their cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the manner of a circular arc section through the center of which the longitudinal axis of the bushing runs.The circular arc section is preferably continuously closed over an angular range of at least 200°, in particular at least 220°, in particular at least 240°, in particular at least 260° around the longitudinal axis.
[0007] Generally, the bearing preferably has a mounting bushing rotatably mounted in the mounting channel. The mounting bushing is preferably cylindrical and extends with its cylindrical axis along the mounting axis. The mounting bushing is preferably arranged in the mounting channel such that it has a play of less than 0.5 mm, in particular less than 0.2 mm, in the longitudinal direction. The mounting bushing preferably protrudes beyond the housing along the mounting axis on at least one side. This enables the mounting bushing to be fixed in a fixed position to a component at its ends without restricting the rotatability of the housing relative to the mounting bushing.
[0008] The housing preferably has a first and a second housing part, which are arranged next to one another along the mounting axis and are releasably secured to one another. Both housing parts together form the mounting channel and / or the passage. Providing two releasably connected housing parts particularly simplifies the manufacture and assembly of a bearing according to the invention.
[0009] Particularly preferably, the mounting channel is equidistant in the longitudinal direction from both rollers or both longitudinal positions of the rollers or pairs of rollers arranged offset from one another in the longitudinal direction. This has the particular advantage that, under any force load perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and perpendicular to the transverse direction of the rollers, the bearing can be rotated uniformly by rotating about a mounting bushing arranged in the mounting channel or a mounting bolt arranged in the mounting channel. Preferably, the mounting axis and roller axes all run perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, with the mounting axis being equidistant in the longitudinal direction from both roller axes. Particularly preferably, the mounting channel is arranged on the same side of the receiving channel as the roller axes.
[0010] The roller axes and the mounting channel are, of course, arranged outside the receiving channel with respect to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, preferably on the same side of the receiving channel with respect to this direction. Preferably, at least one sliding element is arranged in each longitudinal end section of the passage. The passage has two longitudinal end sections opposite one another in the longitudinal direction.
[0011] Each longitudinal end section extends from the absolute longitudinal end of the feedthrough assigned to it over a maximum of 30%, in particular a maximum of 20%, in particular a maximum of 10% of the extension length of the feedthrough in the longitudinal direction. Preferably, one sliding element is arranged exclusively within each respective longitudinal end section. Preferably, the mounting channel or the mounting axis is equidistant along the longitudinal direction from the two sliding elements arranged in the two longitudinal end sections of the feedthrough. Preferably, the respective sliding element arranged in the respective longitudinal end section is arranged closer to the absolute longitudinal end of the housing assigned to it than the roller closest to it in the longitudinal direction. Preferably, the sliding elements arranged in the longitudinal end sections are each spaced the same distance in the longitudinal direction from the roller closest to them in the longitudinal direction.
[0012] Particularly preferably, the running surfaces of the rollers have a concave contour facing the receiving channel. This concave contour allows the rollers to bear particularly advantageously against the guide section and, in particular, contribute to further guiding the guide section. Particularly preferably, the contours have a cross-section shaped like a spherical section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. This is particularly advantageous when the guide section is designed like a cylinder with a round or oval cross-section.
[0013] In one embodiment, the mounting bushing has a radial projection on its outer side, in particular designed as a flange. The projection extends radially and thus perpendicular to the mounting axis. The projection is arranged in a radial extension of the mounting channel, which is delimited on both sides within the housing along the mounting axis. The mounting channel is preferably designed in the manner of a cylinder which has the radial extension. By delimiting the radial extension on both sides, the radial extension forms stops for the projection, which determine a position of the projection along the mounting axis. Thus, the position of the mounting bushing relative to the housing along the mounting axis is determined by the arrangement of the projection in the radial extension of the mounting channel.Particularly preferably, the radial expansion of the mounting channel is formed by transverse ends of the two housing parts facing each other along the mounting axis. The radial expansion is thus formed jointly by both housing parts. The transverse ends designate the ends of the housing parts with which they face each other along the mounting axis and, in particular, abut one another. The formation of the radial expansion by the two housing parts particularly facilitates the manufacturability of the bearing. Particularly preferably, a first sliding part, in particular a hollow cylindrical part, is provided in the mounting channel between the housing and the mounting bushing. The sliding part ensures low-friction rotatability of the mounting bushing relative to the housing.The first sliding part preferably has a first sliding part projection, with which it is arranged in a first section of the radial extension of the mounting channel for determining a position of the first sliding part relative to the housing along the mounting axis. A second sliding part is preferably provided in the mounting channel along the mounting axis, offset from the first sliding part, which second sliding part preferably has a second sliding part projection, with which it is arranged in a second section of the radial extension of the mounting channel for determining a position of the second sliding part relative to the housing along the mounting axis. The projection of the mounting bushing preferably bears against the first sliding part projection with a first side along the mounting axis and against the second sliding part projection with a second side facing away from the first.The radial extension is preferably a continuous radial extension along the mounting axis, wherein the two sliding part projections and the projection of the mounting bushing are arranged in the radial extension. The mounting bushing preferably rests exclusively via the at least one sliding part and thus not directly on the housing. The first sliding part is particularly preferably arranged, in particular exclusively, in a first section of the mounting channel formed by the first housing part. The second sliding part is particularly preferably arranged, in particular exclusively, in a second section of the mounting channel formed by the second housing part. The mounting channel preferably consists of the two sections.
[0014] Generally, the sliding elements preferably enclose the longitudinal axis of the feedthrough with an enclosing angle of at least 220°, in particular at least 240°, in particular at least 260°. Generally, the feedthrough preferably completely encloses the longitudinal axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction over an angular range of at least 220°, in particular at least 240°, in particular at least 260°. Particularly preferably, the feedthrough has a longitudinally continuous opening on a side facing perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The sliding elements preferably have a longitudinally continuous opening aligned with the opening of the feedthrough.The opening provided in the bushing and in particular the sliding elements serves to allow a web, via which the cylindrical guide section of the rail is connected to a rail body of the rail, to slide through the opening while the bearing is slidably displaced along the longitudinal direction on the guide section of the rail.
[0015] Generally, the sliding elements preferably have grooves running in the longitudinal direction. This can prevent increased friction due to contamination, and the contact surface over which the sliding elements rest against the guide section can thus advantageously be kept small. Generally, the roller axes preferably run parallel to the mounting axis. Generally, the sliding elements are preferably made of a tribological polymer. The sliding parts are preferably made of a tribological polymer. Such a tribological polymer is a polymer optimized with regard to wear reduction and friction reduction. Such a tribological polymer usually has a base polymer, for example the thermoplastics polyethylene, polypropylene, polyacetal, polycarbonate, polyamide, polyvinyl chloride, polytetrafluoroethylene, and, in the case of thermosets, phenolic resins.Finely divided solid lubricants, for example molybdenum disulfide or graphite, and / or fillers, for example plastic or textile fibers or particles, are added to this base polymer. The housing is preferably made of a metal or a metal alloy, in particular by die casting. The housing and thus the feedthrough preferably has a longitudinal extension of at least 6 cm, in particular between 6 cm and 15 cm. The rollers preferably have a diameter of 10 mm to 30 mm, in particular between 15 mm and 25 mm. The rollers are preferably made of a plastic. The roller axles are preferably made as a separate pin element fixed in the housing, particularly preferably from metal or a metal alloy. The housing is generally preferably made of aluminum.
[0016] The invention further relates to a bearing arrangement with a bearing according to the invention and with a rail which has a guide section designed in the manner of a cylinder. In the bearing arrangement according to the invention, the guide section is arranged so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction in the passage of the bearing, in particular in the receiving channel of the bearing located in the passage, and rests perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on both rollers. The guide section is preferably spaced from the sliding elements perpendicular to the longitudinal direction by less than 1 mm, in particular less than 0.5 mm, in particular less than 0.2 mm. Particularly preferably, the rail has a rail body and a web connected to the rail body, which is connected to the guide section and thus connects the guide section to the rail body. The web preferably runs continuously in the longitudinal direction over the longitudinal extent of the rail.The guide section is preferably designed in the manner of a cylinder with a circular or oval cross-section, on one side of which the web is attached, which connects the guide section to the rail body.
[0017] The rail, comprising the rail body, web, and guide section, is preferably manufactured in one piece, in particular from aluminum, in particular by extrusion. The bearing arrangement particularly preferably comprises a further bearing according to the invention, so that it comprises two bearings according to the invention, in particular exactly two bearings according to the invention. The bearings are arranged next to one another in the longitudinal direction and preferably spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction. The guide section of the rail is arranged in the passages, in particular in the receiving channels, of the two bearings, and the bearings are each fastened to a structural element by means of a mounting bolt arranged in their respective mounting channel and / or a mounting bushing arranged in their respective mounting channel. The structural element can, for example, be a machine part, for example the supporting frame of a machine, or part of a building, for example a wall.
[0018] The invention further relates to the use of a bearing according to the invention, wherein a mounting bolt and / or a mounting bushing is guided through the channel and is fixed in a fixed position relative to the housing of the bearing, in particular with respect to the longitudinal direction and / or the transverse direction running parallel to the mounting axis and / or a direction running perpendicular to the mounting axis and the longitudinal axis, and at the same time is fixed so that it can rotate about the mounting axis. The fixed position thus prevents translation relative to the housing, but not rotation. Preferably, a mounting bushing is arranged in the mounting channel, into which a mounting bolt is inserted and fastened to the mounting bushing at both ends, so that the mounting bolt and mounting bushing are connected to one another in a fixed position and in a rotationally fixed manner, while the housing is mounted so that it can rotate about the mounting bushing.When used according to the invention, a guide section of a rail, designed in the manner of a cylinder, is inserted along the longitudinal direction into the receiving channel so as to bear against the rollers, while the rollers rotate about their roller axes. Particularly preferably, the bearing is then displaced relative to the rail along the longitudinal direction, a force being applied between the bearing and the rail, by means of which force the bearing is rotated about the mounting bolt and / or the mounting bushing and the guide section is pressed against at least one of the sliding elements and slides along it in the longitudinal direction while being pressed against it, while at the same time it bears against at least one of the rollers and this one roller rotates about its roller axis. The force preferably has a force component in the longitudinal direction and a force component perpendicular to the transverse direction of this roller.
[0019] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to three figures using an exemplary embodiment.
[0020] They show:
[0021] Figure 1: in various schematic
[0022] Schematic representations of various views of an embodiment of a bearing arrangement according to the invention;
[0023] Figure 2: in various schematic
[0024] Schematic representations of various views of components of the bearing arrangement according to the invention according to Figure 1;
[0025] Figure 3: in a schematic exploded view, the bearing of the bearing arrangement according to the invention according to Figure 1.
[0026] Figure 1, comprising Figures 1a, 1b and 1c, shows various views of an embodiment of a bearing arrangement according to the invention in various schematic principle representations. The bearing arrangement comprises a bearing 1 and a rail 6. The bearing 1 comprises a first housing part 2 and a second housing part 3. The first and second housing parts 2, 3 together form the housing of the bearing 1. The housing has a passage running through the housing along a longitudinal axis X. Arranged in the passage is a guide section 61 of the rail 6, which is designed in the manner of a cylinder and is connected to a rail body 62 of the rail 6 via a web. The passage with the guide section 61 received therein can be seen from the plan view along the longitudinal direction according to Figure 1b and from the sectional drawing perpendicular to the longitudinal direction according to Figure 1c.The feedthrough continuously encloses the longitudinal axis X perpendicular to the longitudinal direction over an angular range of approximately 260°. On a side facing perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the feedthrough has a longitudinally continuous opening through which the web extends, via which the guide section 61 is connected to the rail body 62. This opening corresponds to the angular range in which the feedthrough does not enclose the longitudinal axis X. The housing parts 2, 3 further form a mounting channel which extends in the manner of a cylinder along a mounting axis Y. A mounting bushing 4 is arranged in this mounting channel, which is fixed in a fixed position relative to the housing parts 2, 3 with respect to the longitudinal direction due to its arrangement in the mounting channel, but is rotatable about the mounting axis Y relative to the housing parts 2, 3.The mounting bushing 4 has a hollow cylindrical casing part 42, on the radial outer side of which a circumferentially extending projection 41 in the form of a flange is formed, which is generally advantageous according to the invention. The mounting channel has a radial widening which is delimited on both sides along the mounting axis Y and in which the projection 41 of the mounting bushing 4 is arranged, so that the mounting bushing 4 is fixed in its position along the mounting axis Y relative to the housing parts 2, 3. Furthermore, a first sliding part 24 and a second sliding part 34 are provided, each having a sliding part projection with which they engage in the radial widening of the mounting channel, so that the sliding parts 24, 34 are also held in a fixed position relative to the housing parts 2, 3 with respect to the mounting axis Y.The radial extension of the mounting channel is a continuous radial extension along the mounting axis Y, in which both the projection 41 of the mounting bushing 4 and the sliding part projections of the sliding parts 24, 34 are arranged. The two housing parts 2, 3 each form a section of the mounting channel and, at their transverse ends facing each other along the mounting axis Y, each form a section of the radial extension of the mounting channel. The housing parts 2, 3 are arranged next to each other along the mounting axis Y and are releasably fixed to each other by screws 5 with their transverse ends facing each other. This design of the bearing 1 makes the bearing 1 particularly easy to assemble and, in particular, also to maintain, for example, to replace sliding parts 24, 34 or to replace a sliding element 7 located in the feedthrough, which slides against both the guide section 61 and the feedthrough.
[0027] Figure 2, comprising Figures 2a and 2b, shows schematically various views of components of the bearing arrangement according to Figure 1 in various basic representations. Figure 2a shows the bearing arrangement according to Figure 1 without the second housing part 3. Figure 2b shows a view of a section BB perpendicular to the mounting axis Y of the assembly shown in Figure 2a. Furthermore, Figure 3 shows schematically an exploded view of the bearing 1 of the bearing arrangement according to Figure 1. The design and mode of operation of the bearing 1 can be seen in particular from a combination of Figures 2a, 2b and 3. The bearing 1 has two rollers 8, each of which is mounted in the housing so as to be rotatable about a roller axis 9. The roller axis 9 of both rollers 8 runs parallel to the mounting axis Y and is received in a blind hole in both housing parts 2, 3.
[0028] In the described embodiment, the roller axes 9 are designed as separate pin elements fixed in the housing. Both roller axes 9 and thus also both rollers 8 are spaced from the mounting channel by the same distance along the longitudinal axis X and rest on two different sides of the mounting channel and thus also of the mounting bushing 4, based on the longitudinal direction. In each longitudinal end section of the feedthrough, a sliding element 7 is provided, which encloses the longitudinal axis X with an enclosure angle of approximately 260°. In the intended use shown in Figure 2b, the cylindrical guide section 61 of the rail 6 rests against both the running surfaces of both rollers 8 and also against the sliding elements 7. This is generally advantageous according to the invention.The sliding elements 7 and the rollers 8 delimit the receiving channel formed in the passage, in which the guide section 61 is received, in a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X and to the mounting axis Y. This transverse direction corresponds to the main load direction of the bearing 1, wherein the transverse direction is perpendicular to the roller axes 9 and the mounting axis Y, which run parallel to each other and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X, which is generally advantageous according to the invention.
[0029] From a view of the figures together, it can also be seen that the mounting bushing 4 rests exclusively on the housing parts 2, 3 via sliding parts 24, 34 and thus not directly on the housing parts 2, 3. This ensures that the mounting bushing 4 can be rotated relative to the housing parts 2, 3 with as little friction as possible. The provision of the sliding elements 7 and the rollers 8 also ensures that the guide section 61 of the rail is mounted in the bearing 1 in a manner that is particularly resilient and low-friction and can be displaced along the longitudinal axis X. The sliding parts 24, 34 and the sliding elements 7 are each made of tribological polymer. Figures 2b and 3 also show that the two housing parts 2, 3 together form a roller cavity for each of the rollers 8, in which the respective roller 8 is accommodated.Each of the housing parts 2, 3 forms a boundary of the respective roller cavity along the mounting axis Y, so that the roller 8 in the respective roller cavity is fixed in its position relative to the housing with respect to the mounting axis Y. Particularly preferably, and realized in the present exemplary embodiment, the rollers 8 are accommodated with more than 50%, preferably more than 70%, of their running surfaces in the respective roller cavity and extend with their running surfaces out of the respective roller cavity into the passage of the housing. The provision of corresponding roller cavities is generally advantageous according to the invention.
