Abstract

The present invention provides a control system for automating welding operations, comprising a computer-readable controller device (100), a welding machine (200) electronically connected to the controller device (100), a robotic arm (400) electronically connected to the controller device (100) for moving the welding machine (200), and an adjustable platform (500) electronically connected to the controller device (100) for holding the object (300) to be welded. The platform (500) comprises a first rotatable means (510) for rotating the object (300) on a first axis, an actuator (520) positioned on the first rotatable means (510) for actuating the object (300) on a second axis, and a second rotatable means (530) positioned on the actuator (520) for positioning the object (300) and rotating the object (300) on a third axis. The welding machine (200), the robotic arm (400), and the adjustable platform (500) are controlled by the controller device (100).
