Abstract

A composition for use in improving a skin condition or skin care, wherein the composition is used for lightening skin spots, increasing a collagen content in skin cells, increasing an elastin content in skin cells, reducing the number of pores, or reducing a pore size, comprising a Crassocephalum rabens extract, wherein the Crassocephalum rabens extract is obtained by sequentially performing steps of extraction, filtration, centrifugation, hydration, and freeze-drying from a Crassocephalum rabens powder, and wherein the Crassocephalum rabens extract is rich in dLGG (1,2-di-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-snglycerol).
