Abstract

The invention discloses a building block comprising a concrete body and a pipe disposed along a neutral bending axis thereof to define a void therein, characterized in that the pipe is disposed along a neutral bending axis of the building block, whereby centreline of the pipe coaxially aligns with the neutral bending axis of the building block, such that the building block exhibits a flexural strength ranging from 30 to 40 kN.
