Crepe rubber and natural rubber serum(NRS) processing technology

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for producing a crepe rubber and value-added materials comprising the steps of: providing natural rubber; removing contaminants from the natural rubber; extracting natural rubber serum NRS from the natural rubber forming extruded natural rubber; homogenizing and sheeting the extruded natural rubber to produce a crepe rubber, pre-treating and adjusting pH of the natural rubber serum NRS, subjecting the natural rubber serum to a series of filtration and concentration to obtain value-added materials; characterized in that the natural rubber is in a form of field coagula. The value-added materials that is able to be produced including material for feed industry, material for fertilizer, fungicide and fermentation media, material for pharmaceutical industry, material for producing a quality drinking water and material for cosmetics and medical use.
