Exhaust manifold cleaning system

Abstract

The present invention relates primarily to an exhaust manifold cleaning system for a production line. Accordingly, the exhaust manifold cleaning system (400) includes: i) at least one cleaning tool (430) movably carried by a wire rope (450); ii) at least one wire rope mover (410); and iii) at least one wire rope cleaner (420); wherein the exhaust manifold cleaning system (400) is provided at a common exhaust manifold (120) of the production line, such that any condensate dust, wet or slimy cake coated at an inner surface of the common exhaust manifold (120) can be easily cleaned-up by the cleaning tool (430). In the preferred exemplary of the present invention, the production line is referred to a production line of kernel oil extraction, or other production lines deemed suitable for the intended purpose.
