Abstract

A filtration apparatus (100, 100A) has a support plate (2) supported on a foundation (1), a sealed container (3) having a filter plate extending in a horizontal direction, a shaft for stirring (4) extending upward beyond the support plate (2), a stirring blade (5) fixed to the shaft for stirring (4), a motor (7), a power transmission unit (6) placed above the support plate (2) to transmit power to the shaft for stirring (4), and a raising and lowering unit (8) supporting an upper part of the shaft for stirring (4) protruding upward from the power transmission unit (6) and raising and lowering the shaft for stirring (4). The power transmission unit (6) has a cylindrical drive shaft cylinder (61) rotating by the power. The shaft for stirring (4) passes through the inside of the drive shaft cylinder (61) and is movable in an up-and-down direction with respect to the drive shaft cylinder (61) and is coupled to the drive shaft cylinder (61) in a relatively nonrotatable manner. The shaft for stirring (4) is relatively rotatable with respect to the raising and lowering unit (8) and is coupled to the raising and lowering unit (8) in an up-and-down direction relatively unmovable manner. The filtration apparatus (100, 100A) included a temperature regulator for a sealed container (3) mounted on an outer circumferential face of the sealed container (3).
