A hand operated hole digging with fertilizing dispenser apparatus (10) and a fertilizer guiding module (110), the hand operated apparatus (10) comprising a handle (20), a twin shaft acting as the skeletal, a cutting means (70) in the form of cup, a fertilizer receptacle (60) and a dispersing channel (66) for storing and directing the fertilizer, a hand level (40) for controlling the amount of fertilizer flowing, a foot lever (50) for pushing out targeted soil out the cutting means (70), a nutrient sensor (150) for detecting a nutrient data (200) and a controller (102) for providing a period of time data (210) to the user, the controller (102) sending the nutrient data (200) to a computing device (160) through a network (180) to be stored in a storage (170).
