A double type jet grout column (JGC) and a process of grouting therethrough

Abstract

The present invention discloses a double type Jet Grouting Column (JGC) and a process for grouting therethrough. The present invention involves optimization of Water / Cement (OPC / PBFC / GGBS) ratio, precise calibration of jet rod rotation, strategic of pre-cutting water discharge, determination of treatment volume, and fine-tuning of operational parameters of the JGC and the process thereof. The present invention enables enhanced durability, environmental sustainability, improved workability, higher strength and stability, reduced chromate content, consistent setting time and cost-effectiveness in long-term benefits.
