Abstract

A shoe insole comprises an elastic unit (3) and a ventilation unit (4) arranged on the elastic unit (3). The elastic unit (3) includes a pad, a plurality of first hollow elastic columns (32) and a plurality of second hollow elastic columns (33) protruding from the lower surface (312) of the pad and opening upward, and a supporting block (35) arranged on the lower surface (312). The lower surface (312) has a middle sole area (312a), a heel area (312b), and a foot arch area (312c). The ventilation unit includes an air-permeable fiber cloth (41) covering the pad, and the air-permeable fiber cloth (41) has a plurality of vent holes passing through. Some of the vent holes are correspondingly connected to the openings of the first hollow elastic column (32) and the second hollow elastic column (33), thereby providing good air circulation in the shoe and accelerating the recovery speed of the hollow elastic column after being compressed.
