Abstract
The present invention discloses a system (100) and method (500) for providing mobility services to at least one user. The system comprises a multimodal journey planning module (102) for integrating data from multiple transportation modes into a single unified platform, enabling trip planning across various transit routes ranked using a scoring algorithm based on user criteria such as transit duration, legs, modes, and fares. Further, a demand-responsive transit module (104) is provided that is configured to dynamically adjust transit routes based on real-time demand and geo-zones; a ticketing module (106) for managing fare payments across multiple transportation modes, including real-time fare calculation and third-party ticket purchases. Furthermore, the present invention discloses a vehicle parking module (108) providing real-time parking availability and payment options, and an API service module (110) offering customizable tools for third-party integration; and a transit feed and service analytics module (112) generating real-time transit data feeds, GTFS data, ETA predictions, and on-time performance metrics. The system further includes a fare calculation module (106a) employing an adjacency matrix for fare computation, a fare consistency module (106b) handling multimodal fare aggregation, and a multimodal ticketing synchronization module (106c) enabling unified ticketing across transportation modes.
