Abstract
A novel coffee-like beverage is disclosed, comprising palm kernel that has been deep-fried and then brewed. The deep-frying process imparts a roasted flavour to the palm kernel, while also removing excess oil. The resulting beverage offers a unique and caffeine-free alternative to traditional coffee, with a rich, nutty flavour and a velvety texture.
