Abstract

A sacrificial anode assembly (100) for an offshore steel structure (200), comprises a clamp (10) configured to be clampable onto the offshore steel structure (200), an anode sled (30) configured to carry a plurality of anodes (80), wherein the anode sled (30) comprising at least one horizontal hollow member (36) at base of the anode sled (30), a plurality of legs (38) extending below the at least one horizontal hollow member (36), a primary sling (20) configured to carry a plurality of anodes (80) along a length of the primary sling (20), and a secondary sling (40) configured to connect the primary sling (20) with the clamp (10).
