Abstract
The invention provides a system and method for conducting census on a plantation (2). The system comprises at least one server (3), one or more devices which includes a first device (11) that is configured to communicate with the server (3) and a plurality of tags (21) that are each assigned to one plot of the plantation (2). The first device (11) is configured to interact with one tag (21) for data regarding at least one detail of at least one plant in each plot of the plantation (2) to be recorded and sent to the server (3) for their processing.
