Abstract

A contact lens (100) has a first segment (11), a second segment (12), and a pattern (2). In a top view of the contact lens (100), the pattern (2) is non-mirror-symmetrical relative to a predetermined axis (X1) that passes through a center point (C) of the contact lens (100). A total cross-sectional area is a first cross-sectional area (A1) corresponding to the first segment (11) plus a second cross-sectional area (A2) corresponding to the second segment (12) in each of a plurality of cross-sectional planes of the contact lens (100) at one of a plurality of azimuth angles (θ), and a ratio of the second cross-sectional area (A2) to the total cross-sectional area varies with the azimuth angles (θ), so that the pattern (2) moves toward an expected position of an eye of the user when the contact lens (100) is worn.
