ABSTRACT Wet processing apparatus and pushing structure of magnetic clamping tool thereof A wet processing apparatus and a pushing structure of a magnetic clamping tool thereof are disclosed. The wet processing apparatus has driving units (M1) and includes a carrier (800) and two pushing structures (100a, 100b) having an upper and a lower horizontal levers (L1, L2) with a magnetic clamping tool (9) having a magnetic clamping end (911) and an another end (912). Each pushing structures includes two protrusion assemblies (2, 2) and two foundations (1, 1) having an installing part (11); two protrusion assemblies include a first and a second protrusions (21, 22); the first protrusion (21) drives the magnetic clamping end (911) to clamp and makes the another end (912) be opened from a closed position (P1) to a fully-opened position (P2), and the second protrusion (22) blocks the another end (912) between the closed position and the fully-opened position.
