An adaptive multi-domain chatbot system

Abstract

A computer-implemented method for an adaptive multi-domain chatbot system receives a user query via text, audio, or video, and determines a relevant functional domain based on user-specific contextual data. The query is routed to a domain-specific processing module among multiple modules, each linked to distinct functional domains. Based on domain level context, one or more tools from a centralized repository are selected and executed to process the query. The system generates interactive action cards displayed on a graphical user interface, allowing user interaction, wherein inputs from the user trigger execution of associated operations. The method includes intent identification for domain routing, dynamic generation of domain-specific prompts, and application of system-level parameters to standardize response tone, formatting, compliance, and interaction behavior.
